I started SmartStartBusiness.in as a single-person project to put genuinely useful, free career tools in one place for Indian job seekers — without the signup walls, lead-capture forms, and inflated salary claims that clutter most of this space.
I personally build and maintain every tool and guide on the site: the ATS resume checker, the in-hand salary, hike and notice-period calculators, and the role-by-role interview question banks. When I publish a salary band or an interview answer, it's compiled from current public sources and my own research — and dated so you know how fresh it is.
Most career advice online is either locked behind a signup, padded with filler to sell a course, or quietly out of date. The tools here are free, work without an account, and are kept current.
